Open Box Delivery Policy

Customers must record an unboxing video at the time of delivery. This video is mandatory for claims related to damaged, missing, or incorrect products.

  • The package should be opened clearly in the video
  • Claims without proper unboxing proof may be rejected

Return Eligibility

  • Damaged product received
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Missing items in order

Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

Non-Returnable Conditions

  • Used or opened products
  • No unboxing video proof
  • Requests raised after 48 hours
  • Damage due to misuse

Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be processed after verification
  • Refund timeline: 5-7 business days
  • Refund will be credited to original payment method

Refund for COD Orders

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit.

Replacement Policy

We may offer replacement instead of refund based on the situation.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
